Hot water boilers ADIN GEN-650, EVO-24, etc.
Hot water boilers, regardless of their design, are designed to produce hot water for industrial and domestic purposes in areas where there is no centralized hot water supply. In the systems of autonomous boiler houses, their heating capacity is determined precisely by the successful choice of the design of the hot water boiler. The supply of industrial hot water boilers to the consumer is usually made in a block design, which facilitates the organization of rigging work and reduces the duration of installation.
Regardless of the design, the direct-flow principle of coolant circulation is adopted for all water-tube boilers, when the water flow constantly moves in one direction. This reduces energy losses and provides better conditions for the functioning of individual elements of the boiler.
- Systems of sequentially interconnected cast iron or steel sections, each of which includes a certain number of water circuit pipes.
- A furnace device with nozzles (for boilers running on fuel oil) or burners (for those running on gas).
- A convection heat exchanger, which serves for the current heating of pipes, the output circuit of the boiler.
- A collector device that distributes the coolant coming out of the boiler.
- Automation and control systems for the operation of the unit (high–pressure boilers – more than 2...2.5 MPa - are also equipped with sensors for monitoring the temperature and pressure of the coolant in each of the working sections).
- The support frame on which all the structural elements of the unit are mounted.
- The required heating capacity of the unit in MW.
- The highest working pressure developed inside each working section in MPa.
- The required water temperature at the inlet and outlet of the boiler, 0C.
- Maximum possible water consumption, m3/h.
- Fuel consumption, kg/h or m3/h.
- Efficiency, %.
- Heat exchange surface area, m2.
- Overall dimensions of the boiler, m.
